Municipal State Institution “Bilim-Innovatsiya IT Lyceum-Boarding School” of Shchuchinsk, Akmola Region Education Department.

The lyceum provides 4 types of public services within its authority, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Services” dated April 15, 2013.
From January to December 2023, a total of 214 services were provided:

These include explanatory work, seminars, meetings, interviews, and other events.
3. Activities to Improve Public Service ProcessesOptimization and automation of service delivery:
To reduce corruption risks and improve service quality, all preschool and secondary education institutions in the region operate within the unified information system Akmola.kz, which supports 4 automated public services.
Since 2020, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s system and the State Administration’s AJO system have also been in use, providing access to 4 public services.
Training for staff involved in public service provision:
Two staff members are responsible for public services and are equipped with the necessary computer equipment. In 2023, these employees completed advanced training in public service provision.
4. Monitoring Public Service QualityComplaints regarding public services in 2023:
No complaints were received during the reporting period.
Results of internal control on service quality:
Scheduled monitoring was carried out in accordance with the plan for compliance with public service legislation. No violations of deadlines or unjustified service refusals were identified.

Public monitoring in 2023 revealed no violations in terms of deadlines or service quality. Preventive measures are being taken to avoid any future violations.
5. Prospects for Improved Efficiency and User SatisfactionA monitoring plan for compliance with public service legislation in 2024 has been approved.
Efforts will continue to ensure that both individuals and legal entities receive accessible and high-quality public services from the Education Department and its subordinate organizations.
